TEACHING BELIEVES
“Mathematics knows no races or geographic boundaries; for mathematics, the cultural world is one country.”
— David Hilbert
6TH GRADE TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Ensure that all students are receiving a quality education by providing an engaging and challenging classroom environment that prepares students to think deeply about their learning and also prepares each student to be grade-7 ready, and citizen ready.
CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY
Believing that students are more promising and behave well if they feel that they are involved in establishing classroom rules and expectations, and consequences are discharged fairly.
TEACHING STYLE
Encouraging creative thinking and motivating students by addressing individual strengths and weaknesses based on classroom behaviour and standardized testing results. Grade and evaluate student assignments, papers, and coursework. Worked cooperatively with other teachers, administrators, and parents to help students reach learning objectives and the ability to incorporate technology appropriately into classroom practices.
