    DR. Driskell

    Greetings Parents and Guardians,

It is with great enthusiasm and pride that I write this letter of introduction as the newly appointed sixth grade Assistant Principal. Although these are unprecedented times, I have never been more committed to working to ensure our students will have the best opportunity of education. I am honored to be in this position of service and looking forward to working with our students and teaching staff to make this an awesome school year. As we begin this school year we are faced with new challenges. I am committed to making sure we are successful in student achievement, safety of all, whether that is done through remote or in-person learning. In both platforms, I will work to build relationships and help students achieve academic success.

I have eighteen years of experience working in education and two years as an Assistant Principal. Most of my professional career has been working with middle school students. It is my passion to motivate through high expectations and intentionally supporting the whole child. I believe that as a school we are the vessel to providing our students with the tools to be successful in life.

Therefore, my promise is to work diligently with our teachers, parents and our community members to carry out the vision and mission of Prairie Hills School District.  I look forward to working with the Prairie Hill’s Junior High School Families.

If throughout the course for the school year you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact me via email, gdriskell@phsd144.net or by phone, 708-297-6983.

    Educationally yours,

    Dr. Gina Driskell, Assistant Principal
