• Health Insurance

    The Board of Education provides various employees benefits including health insurance (one PPO and two HMO's), dental insurance (one PPO and one HMO), and vision insurance. In addition, each full-time employee receives a board paid life insurance policy.
     
    Each year, staff members may elect to change health insurance coverage during open enrollment. This year, the open enrollment period is May 13, 2021 to June 10, 2021 this time you may add dependents, remove dependents, change from PPO to HMO, add coverage for yourself or a family member or waive coverage.
     
    Below are the forms you will need during the open enrollment period. Please complete the forms and return them to Ms. Walker by the June 10, 2021 deadline.
