    The Mission of the Prairie-Hills Human Resources Department is to recruit, support, and retain highly qualified personnel. The Prairie-Hills Human Resources Department strives to maximize the potential of our students by recruiting quality personnel, and by courteous services to all of our employees and stakeholders.

    The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment, compensation, and benefits, staffing allocations, employment opportunities, teacher and administrator certification, student services, transfers, contract negotiations, staff evaluations, benefits administration, paraprofessional certification, guest teaching and the implementation of Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) as it relates to Human Resources.
