Prairie-Hills Elementary School District 144 covers 8.1 sq. miles, which includes portions of four communities in south suburban Cook County, IL: Country Club Hills, which is home to Nob Hill School; Hazel Crest, which is home to Mae Jemison, Chateaux and Highland Schools; Markham, which is home to Markham Park, the Primary Academic Center and Prairie-Hills Jr. High; and Oak Forest, which is home to Fieldcrest School.
