• jeanna    Hello!  My name is Mrs. Ivey and I have been a teacher at Prairie Hills School District #144 since August of 2001.  I have taught first, second, and third grades, and now Kindergarten!  Before that, I taught Pre-K in Midlothian, Illinois.  I like to incorporate the use of technology in my classroom, so we will be using computers in all subject areas.  Below is some information about my teaching qualifications and experience:

     * 2005 National Council for Jewish Women South Cook mini-grant for my Science unit on “Sound” 
     * 2006 First Place Honeywell “Got 2B Safe” award for my unit on child safety
     * 2010 Office Max “A Day Made Better” $1,000 award of school supplies
