  • Chateaux School - Ms. Shaffer

    by Chateaux Year Published: 2020

Ms. Shaffer is a third year teacher, here at Chateaux School.  She has shown what leadership, dedication and a nurturing spirit can do for Chateaux’s students.  Every day she encourages the students who are working remotely as well as the students that are in person in her classroom.  It can never be said that there is a difference in instruction because from the opening bell, she gives her students all that she has and more!  Ms. Shaffer has become quite the leader.  She is on the SLT (School Leadership Team) and is also a member of the PBIS Team.  She has been the volleyball coach and mentors all young ladies who are interested in sports.  Ms. Shaffer has an uncanny ability to reach the most difficult of students with a firm approach but a loving heart.  She knows just how to get their attention and encourage them to be their very best.  Ms. Shaffer has risen to the occasion and become just one of the many shining stars that Chateaux has to offer our children and the community.  We are so very proud to call her one of our very own.  Congratulations to you, Ms. Shaffer, your commitment and shining heart shows through!  Thank you for all that you do for us, the children and community of Chateaux School and PHESD144! #WE ARE ONE!
