Welcome to the Chateaux PTO

The Chateaux Elementary School PTO is a non-profit organization made of parents, legal guardians and staff devoted to supporting our children, our school and our community. Our mission is to do this in an array of ways. Our three top priorities in accomplishing this mission is 1.  two increase our parental membership, 2. create and maintain a volunteer base which we can call from to assist with various events, and 3. raise the necessary funds to sponsor or partially sponsor activities, programs and school needs that are outside of the regular school budget. We would like to extend an invitation to all Chateaux Elementary School parents and staff to be a part of the PTO and help in our efforts. If you would like to find out more about PTO, stop by a meeting, which are held the first Thursday of every month at 6:00 pm.  See the connected information for dates or check your district calendar. We welcome parents, teachers, and community members to participate in our meetings. We are looking forward to seeing at our awe-inspiring evening events. GO CHATEAUX COLTS!

2009 - 2010 Goals

• Raise funds to help for schools improvements or general funds for instructional activities/field trips.

• Continue to sponsor Student of the Week Program, Cheerleading, Pom Pom, and Robotics/Aviation program, and other related educational activities and events.

• Have regular ongoing fundraisers such as Snack Cart Sale and School Supply Cart.

Work closely with the principal and teachers so that we can find ways that the PTO may be of service to them to help make their jobs easier and more productive.

• Begin to foster a bridge to building relationships with our families as well as community to build a better network of support for school, district and children.

 

PTO Member Registration

• $5 Membership Fee (once a year)

• As a registered member, receive discounts on PTO sponsored school events.

• Funds are used to accomplish our PTO Goals
