Welcome to Prairie Hills Jr. High
We are already at the end of 2nd quarter for the 2011-2012 school year. From January 9th through January 27th, PHJH students will be taking midyear AIMSWeb and MAP assessments. This data is used to help determine skills that students need to work on in the core classes. We also use the data to help determine placement in RtI groups to provide interventions for struggling students. We expect that students will demonstrate growth on these assessments, and look at their results as well as their classroom grades to ensure that they are making adequate progress towards promotion.
