Support Staff of the Month Program

The Prairie-Hills Elementary School District 144 Support Staff of the Month Incentive Program” is designed to “spotlight” our most dedicated support personnel. 

Each school will have the opportunity to nominate monthly a support staff member who exemplifies the character and professional traits outlined below:

1.      The support staff member must demonstrate a willingness to give support outside the boundaries of their defined duties and responsibilities.

 

2.      The support staff member must demonstrate punctuality and professionalism.

3.      The support staff member must participate in at least one school sponsored extra-curricular event.

 

4.      The support staff member must demonstrate effective communication and outreach across all settings.

Support Staff members can be nominated by parents, staff, or students, however voting will be by staff only. This process will follow the same timelines as our “Teacher of the Month” program. The winning support staff member of each school/department will receive a certificate, and have their picture along with their nomination place on the District website.
